"It's hell trying to get your first job. You leave college with no agent and all that training behing you and then spend a year waiting tables and fighting your way through cattle-market auditions to get a gig. My idea is to give the very best students an opportunity to be seen for shows I am choreographing. This is done through show-based work-shops. Once they are in the audition they are judged on the same terms as everyone else and the success rate is the same as everyone else. But at least they are seen.It's just a bit of help for great kids starting out in a very tough profession." GH
The ghtap Fast-Track was devised by Graeme Henderson and participating producers as a follow-through to his stand-alone workshops to help the best students get themselves started in the business.
